Rita Dias

Rita Dias is Senior Director at the Global Enabling Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), where she leads Communications and Marketing and the Digital with Purpose programme, a global movement focused on leveraging digital technologies to drive measurable impact across business and society. In this role, she oversees the development of the Digital with Purpose Performance Framework, global awards, and international summits, working closely with industry leaders, policymakers, and partners to advance responsible and value-driven digital transformation.

With over 17 years of international experience, Rita has built her career at the intersection of technology, strategy, and business transformation. Prior to joining GeSI, she spent nine years at KPMG Management Consulting, specialising in the ICT sector, followed by senior roles at [24]7.ai, where she led global programmes in customer experience, cloud migration, and digital analytics.

Rita brings a strong track record in working with global organisations across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia, and Australia, helping them navigate complex transformation challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. She is passionate about the role of digital innovation in building more resilient, efficient, and impactful human centric business models.
